Caitlyn Jenner showed fans her impressive shoe collection, asking if they thought she was giving Khloé Kardashian "a run for her money"

The clip, shared on Twitter via her Whosay account with the caption: "Giving @khloekardashian a run for her money, dontcha think?" showed row upon row of gorgeous shoes in a variety of colours, styles, heights and finishes. Everything from towering gold-hued stilettos to cute white slingbacks could be seen as Caitlyn swung the camera over her growing collection.

After stepping into the spotlight with the grand reveal of her Vaity Fair cover, the 65-year-old has won praise for her fashion sense, with fashion commentators deeming it demure and elegant.

The star, pictured with her extended family at the ESPY awards, is rapidly cementing her place in the style world

It could be she’s looking to established fashion icons for inspiration as she carves out her own sense of style. Certainly the look she chose for first red carpet appearance - accepting the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs – had some fans thinking she might have had Angelina Jolie in mind.

The custom-made, white Atilier Versace gown she wore for the event looked very similar to one Angelina wore by the same designer during a promotional tour for her film the tourist in 2010.

As she accepted the Courage award for her brave transition in the public eye, Caitlyn quipped that she was still getting used to the routine of getting ready, particularly for such a momentous occasion.

"It seems every time I turn around in life I’m putting myself in these high pressure situations: competing in the [Olympic] games, raising a family," she quipped. "ButI’ve never felt more pressure than I have ever felt in my life than in the last couple of months…picking out this outfit! Okay girls! I get it! You've got to get the shoes, the hair, the make-up, the whole process is exhausting!"
